This means your items are created individually once an order is placed — making them unique to you.
Because of this, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.

However, we want you to love what you ordered! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design compared to your order)

  • The product is misprinted due to a manufacturing error

If your situation meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item)

  • A brief description of the problem

⚠️ Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for review.

Because all items are printed immediately after your order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee cancellations.

After production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Wildlyfreeteeshop.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please contact your local postal service to file a claim if your order cannot be located.


8. Exchanges

Because every product is custom-made, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no charge once verified.
